Chiropractors are healthcare practitioners that specialize in the health and function of the spine and nervous system. Whether you are suffering from back pain, neck pain, or headaches, or want to optimize your health and wellbeing, we can help! Chiropractic is all about helping people feel great and get the most out of life by functioning at their optimal potential. The spine is made up of the vertebrae, joints, and discs, and its job is to protect the spinal cord which is part of the central nervous system. If the skull is like a helmet for the brain, then the spine acts like a flexible suit of armour around the spinal cord. Messages travel from around the body, up the spinal cord, and into the brain. The brain processes those messages and sends replies back down the spinal cord telling the body how to respond. The Central Nervous System is one big information superhighway, carrying vital messages to every part of your body.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on therapy that helps calm the nervous system and support the body’s natural ability to find balance and ease.

Bonnie specializes in working with infants, children, neurodivergent individuals, and families navigating disability or highly sensitive nervous systems. For babies and young children, CST can be especially helpful for concerns such as colic and digestive discomfort, latch and breastfeeding challenges, birth trauma, sleep difficulties, and overall nervous system regulation.

Many neurodivergent people experience chronic stress, sensory overload, anxiety, or a sense of being stuck in fight-or-flight. CST uses light, respectful touch to listen to the body’s rhythms and gently release tension, supporting a felt sense of safety, calm, and integration.

Because it’s so subtle and non-invasive, CST can be ideal for those who are sensitive to touch, easily overstimulated, or overwhelmed by traditional approaches. It doesn’t require verbal communication or active participation, making it accessible and deeply supportive. CST may help improve sleep, reduce stress, ease emotional and sensory processing, and create space for healing on many levels.

These sessions focus on releasing physical restrictions, moving stagnant energy, addressing underlying emotions, and supporting the body’s natural ability to self-correct and restore proper function.

Please note that booking your appointment is an acknowledgement of the cancellation policy. 24 hours notice is required for any cancelation or change to your appointment in order to avoid being charged the full cost of your session.

Hi, I’m Bonnie.

I am a fully certified Craniosacral Therapist (CST) with advanced training in nervous system regulation, trauma-informed practice, somatic release and neurodiversity-affirming care. I have completed certification through Visionary Craniosacral and Healing Hands Training. I continue ongoing professional development in somatic and attachment-based approaches.

As a neurodivergent mother, my own lived experience informs my work every day. I understand firsthand the challenges and sensitivities that can accompany regulation and connection, for both children and adults. I bring this awareness into every session.

My work is rooted in nervous system science and grounded in neuroaffirming values. I offer gentle, relationship-centered support that honours your child’s unique needs while also caring and considering your nervous system. I believe in preserving attachment, fostering connection, and helping families feel safe, seen, and empowered. My practice focuses on supporting both adults and children, particularly those experiencing stress, sensory processing differences, chronic tension, sleep disruption, or emotional dysregulation. Craniosacral Therapy complements other therapeutic modalities such as chiropractic, massage, and primitive reflex integration, helping the body release held tension and return to balance. My approach is gentle, relational, and deeply attuned to each client’s nervous system.

When I’m not in session, you can usually find me cooking or baking, tending to my plants and garden, or spending time with our ragdoll kitten. Most of all, I love being with my family: my husband of 17 years and our two boys, ages 4 and 7, who continue to teach me every single day.
